Face to Face Appointments Recommencing
With the lifting of restrictions for COVID-19, we are now offering more face to face appointments for our clients across NSW.
Prior to a home visit, our team will screen clients (to protect our staff and the community) and will ensure strict PPE protocol is used during the review. We are also using strategies such as meeting our clients in a park, on their verandah or in their gardens as a way of managing social distancing.
We will continue to monitor advice from NSW Health, and request that our clinicians are notified if there is known illness or exposure to COVID-19 in the household.
We are able to offer the following telehealth programs to help support our clients manage potential physical and psychological decline during COVID-19
- MRO ACTIVATE: pain management education program delivered via powerpoint on zoom, to help your client remain active using Moseley’s Explain Pain principles.
- MRO ASSIST: designed to screen your clients who are self isolating, and ensure they are linked with services, supports and strategies to manage.
- MRO SOCIAL WORK: our social worker can provide practical assistance with Centrelink applications, nursing home placement, carer support / advice and counselling services.
- CASE MANAGEMENT, VOCATIONAL ASSESSMENTS, MEDICOLEGAL, CARE NEEDS / EQUIPMENT, OT AND RC PROGRAMS
