Kate graduated from La Trobe University in 1997, and completed her Post Graduate Diploma in Ergonomics at University Queensland in 2006. Kate commenced her career working with high needs clients in rehabilitation including spinal, neurological and amputee patients. Since 2000 Kate has worked in the area of occupational rehabilitation, including the rehabilitation of workers under the NSW WorkCover, Comcare and CTP Schemes.
Kate established her private practice in 2007. Her current specialisation is providing medico-legal opinion, CTP case management and specialist Occupational Therapy services in the Illawarra, Southern Sydney and Southern Highlands regions. Kate enjoys the challenge of assessing clients with complex needs, providing recommendations to maximise their independence and assisting their recovery post injury. She is skilled in ergonomic assessment, with particular focus on manual handling training and injury prevention in hospital and heavy industrial settings.
Kate is passionate about ensuring that rehabilitation outcomes are achieved with all referrals, through recruitment of experienced team members, establishment of effective management systems and training in evidence based practice.

Lynn graduated from the University of Sydney in 1993 and has twenty years’ experience with a broad range of diagnostic groups. This includes clients with degenerative neurological conditions, spinal cord injuries, acquired brain injuries, aged related disorders, dementia, palliative care, intellectual disabilities and amputees.
Lynn has developed extensive skills in the areas of ADL assessment and retraining, environmental modifications, equipment prescription, wheelchair prescription, postural seating and falls prevention.
Within the last 2 years, Lynn has been involved in a peer review process, assisting health professionals with assessment processes and outcomes for complex clients requiring care in the home.
Lynn is committed to ensuring best practice and continuing professional development.
Lynn is based in the Illawarra. For Moore Rehab Outcomes, Lynn is able to provide assessment and case management of clients with complex needs and is proactive in coordinating treatment goals to achieve independence and function.

Joanne graduated from the University of Sydney on the 30th October 1992 as an Occupational Therapist and has over 25 years’ experience in a broad range of health care settings.
Joanne has developed professional experience in a variety of clinical areas. She spent the first year of her career working in a Rural Hospital – providing inpatient and outpatient treatment of stroke, neurological, amputee and musculoskeletal rehabilitation and developed skills in ADL assessment, equipment provision and home modifications. The next three years of her career were spent working in a large Sydney teaching hospital providing assessment and treatment in acute inpatient services in the areas of Neurosciences, Orthopaedics, Respiratory, Oncology and Cardiology. Between 1996 and 1999, Joanne worked as a Senior Occupational Therapist managing the provision of inpatient rehabilitation services in a Private Rehabilitation Hospital in Sydney.
Since 1999, Joanne has worked in the areas of rehabilitation, case management and medicolegal domestic needs assessments. This work has included the rehabilitation of injured workers and claimants under the NSW Work Cover, and CTP schemes. She completed her certificate IV in Training and Assessment in 2012 and is experienced at delivering Ergonomic and Manual Handling training.
Her current work focus is in the areas of rehabilitation and case management, medicolegal domestic needs assessments, ergonomics, workplace and functional assessments, OHS training and consultancy.
Delivery of quality service to all stakeholders is a key focus of Joanne’s work as she is passionate about people, communication and establishment of effective relationships with all parties to achieve an optimum outcome and achievement of functional goals.
Joanne is registered as an Occupational Therapist in Australia and is a member of the Australian Association of Occupational Therapists. She is currently accredited by ASORC in administering the Functional Independence Measure. In 2018, she was appointed by SIRA as an authorised health practitioner to provide medico legal reports.
Joanne started working at Moore Rehab Outcomes on the 14th February 2014 and is available to provide Medico-Legal Assessments, ADL Assessments / Retraining, Ergonomic Assessments and Case Management.
Cathy graduated from the University of Sydney in 1992 as an Occupational Therapist and completed her Post Graduate Diploma in Safety Science in 2002 from the University of NSW.
Cathy commenced working at the Sydney Children's Hospital and specialised in the delivery of assessment and treatment services for children and adolescents in the areas of muscle diseases, acquired brain injury and spinal cord injuries as well as assessment and treatment of children with learning difficulties.
Cathy worked in the UK for 2 years where she was based in both acute care and rehabilitation settings and specialised in ADL, home assessment and retraining.
Cathy commenced working for CRS Australia as a Senior Rehabilitation Consultant and developed expertise in designing and facilitating rehabilitation programs that were highly effective in returning clients to their pre-injury status.
She has developed expertise in occupational rehabilitation under the NSW WorkCover scheme, ComCare and CTP scheme. During her time with CRS she was awarded the National award for OT for customer and business management.
Cathy has specialised in the delivery of ergonomic and manual handling training for large corporations and completed her Certificate IV in Training and Assessment in 2012. Her work areas of expertise include transport, construction, heavy industry and local Government.
Cathy is passionate about delivering a high quality service to clients and stakeholders and works hard to ensure client's reach their optimum function through a graded goal focused rehabilitation program.
Cathy continues to provide private treatment for paediatric clients, and her broad range of skills is considered very suitable to the varied referrals we receive with CTP and Workcover catastrophic clients.

Katrina graduated from The University of Sydney in 2007 with a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy. Katrina has extended her studies in the area of pain management and the application of active pain management strategies through Occupational Therapy programs.
Katrina has have comprehensive experience in providing treatment and services to patients and clients of varying ages, injuries (both physical and psychological). She has wide spread experience working with clients with complex injuries and needs within the community.
Throughout her career Katrina has worked extensively in the Occupational Rehabilitation sector providing a variety of Occupational Therapy and Case Management services to clients under various insurance schemes (including CTP, Workers Compensation and Income Protection).
Katrina is a highly competent assessor and clinician in the areas of ADL, psychosocial barriers to rehabilitation, functional capacity, ergonomics, home modification, equipment prescription and pain management. Katrina also works clinically in the hospital sector, providing inpatient rehabilitation to orthopaedic, surgical, and geriatric patients.
Katrina is passionate about empowering clients through education, appropriate information and engagement in activity. Katrina thrives to work closely with each of her individual clients and patient’s tailoring programs specific to their therapeutic needs and wants.

Spiros has over 20 years of experience working as an Occupational Therapist providing services within the public and private sectors.
With over 10 years of experience in providing direct care, Spiros has worked in ICU, acute and outpatient settings; gaining knowledge of best practice and recovery time frames for a variety of illnesses, injuries and disabilities.
Spiros has extensive experience providing workplace rehabilitation services under NSW WorkCover legislation, including workplace assessment, development of return to work programs and OHS advice to employers.
More recently he has broadened his skills as a Rehabilitation Advisor within the NSW CTP scheme, managing a portfolio of clients with major and catastrophic injuries.
This has given him great insight into understanding the MAA requirements, assessment of reasonable and necessary care and the importance of cost effective and proactive intervention in managing claims.
In summary, Spiros’ clinical and insurer based experience gives him a unique perspective in understanding the needs of all parties, and makes him well suited to providing proactive rehabilitation programs under the CTP, Lifetime Care and NDIS schemes.
For Moore Rehab Outcomes, Spiros is able to provide ADL, Return to Work and Case Management Services in Sydney and South Coast NSW regions.

Sue completed her Diploma of Occupational Therapy in 1974 and a Post Graduate Diploma in Safety Science in 1988. In 1999 she completed a Master of Applied Science in Occupational Therapy.
Sue brings a wealth of experience to the Moore Rehab Outcomes team and has worked in a variety of settings ranging from acute hospital to community reintegration units and rehabilitation providers. Over the years she has worked in managerial roles as Occupational Therapist in Charge at St George Hospital, Kogarah and for another rehabilitation provider. She also worked as an Occupational Therapist on the Libcombe Brain Injury Unit Community Team.
Since 1993, Sue has been working in Occupational Rehabilitation within both WorkCover and CTP schemes. From 2002 onwards, Sue has been a key Occupational Therapy Assessor for the Motor Accident Authority providing an opinion as to reasonable and necessary treatment, services and equipment.
Sue has gained qualifications as a FIM Assessor and within the Life Time Care Service is a Case Manager and Care Needs Assessor.
Sue is committed to providing evidence based treatment programs and is passionate about helping individuals regain independence and adapt to their injuries.
At Moore Rehab Outcomes Sue is able to provide Case Management, ADL Assessment and Retraining services for clients in the Western Sydney Region (from Campbelltown to the North West including Penrith and the Lower Blue Mountains).
Danielle graduated from the University of Sydney in 1994. Danielle has completed further study including a Certificate in Applied Ergonomics (1996, RMIT Melbourne) and Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment (1999).
Following work in general rehabilitation, Danielle commenced work in the occupational rehabilitation field and has worked extensively in provision of Assessment (ADL, Ergonomic, Workplace, Functional Capacity Evaluation and Risk), Education (formal course delivery including accredited courses, ergonomic, functional and home client education) and Case Management in the NSW WorkCover and Comcare systems.
In addition to her OT, work Danielle has worked in Injury Management, Risk Management and Human Resource Management roles with NSW Health and private Pain Management Treatment.
Delivery of quality customer service to all stakeholders is a key focus for Danielle who is passionate about people, communication and the establishment of effective working relationships with all parties to ensure an optimum outcome and achievement of functional goals.
At Moore Rehab Outcomes, Danielle is available to provide Medico-legal Assessments, ADL Assessments/Retraining, Ergonomic Assessments and Case Management. Danielle is based in Wagga Wagga and can service clients who live in South Western NSW.

Emily graduated from the University of Newcastle with a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy (Hons) in 2003. In 2015 she completed a Masters of Health Science at Charles Sturt University to develop skills in health management and clinical education. Her research for her Master's thesis was focused on client centred goal setting. In 2019 Emily had completed the Occupational Therapy Driver Assessment and Rehabilitation course at Flinders University.
Emily has worked as an Occupational Therapist for the past 15 years in New South Wales and the United Kingdom. This has included inpatient rehabilitation and community occupational therapy in Dubbo and regional NSW. In the United Kingdom she worked with people with traumatic brain injury in the Defence Medical Unit focusing on cognitive assessment and retraining. Emily then returned to Sydney to work at Royal Rehab in community rehabilitation and disability services and progressed into leadership roles in allied health. In 2018 Emily relocated to Northern NSW and has been working in the Transition Care Program on the Gold Coast.
Emily has extensive experience in community rehabilitation, ADL assessment, community reintegration training, equipment prescription and home modifications. She is passionate about providing goal directed therapy in the client's home and community to increase their independence and participation in activities. Emily has now increased her scope of practice to include driving assessments and rehabilitation for people with disabilities or medical conditions that are impacting on their ability to drive.
For Moore Rehab Outcomes, Emily is available for one off ADL or care needs assessents, medicolegal assessments and other OT services to support our icare and CTP participants. Her service area is Northern NSW, from the Gold Coast to Yamba and inland to Lismore.

Bernadette graduated with a Bachelor of Applied Science (Occupational Therapy) from the University of Sydney in 1997. She went on to graduate with a Master of Health Science (Occupational Therapy) in 2006, part of which included qualifications as a driver-trained occupational therapist.
Bernadette commenced her career in rehabilitation, specialising in vocational rehabilitation for over 7 years. In this capacity she developed skills for supporting individuals to return to pre-injury roles, and develop new skills for employment.
Her keen passion for adult rehabilitation and enabling independence led Bernadette to working in inpatient, day program and community-based roles. She has worked extensively in multidisciplinary teams, and in this capacity she is an advocate for facilitating functional independence with her clients.
With her longstanding experience in the private sector, Bernadette has worked as a case manager, directing and facilitating rehabilitation for her clients within the icare, CTP, workers compensation markets. She is also highly skilled in the provision of assessment and intervention for NDIS participants. She is an experienced manual handling trainer and assessor for one of Sydney’s largest rehabilitation hospitals.
Bernadette has worked as a team leader and manager for private rehabilitation services, including managing a dedicated driver assessment and rehabilitation service. She is highly skilled in all aspects of assessment, vehicle modifications and driver retraining.
Bernadette is skilled in a broad range of assessment and intervention in the areas of orthopaedics, pain management, reconditioning and geriatrics, brain injury, osteoarthritis, and multi-trauma. She has expertise in ADL retraining, equipment prescription including wheelchairs, training support workers, activity upgrading, implementing pain management strategies.
For Moore Rehab Outcomes, Bernadette is available for ADL and home assessments, equipment prescription, minor home modifications, medico-legal assessments and activity upgrading programs.
