MRO Stepping Stones to Work
‘Stepping Stones to Work’ is an interactive return to work program, consisting of seven modules. It was designed by a rehabilitation counsellor to assist people who are not working as a result of their injury.
‘Stepping Stones to Work’ can be delivered remotely via telehealth, and is best facilitated by a health professional or case manager for those clients who may need assistance with job seeking and return to work.
All clients participating in the ‘Stepping Stones to Work’ program will be issued with a workbook containing case studies, resources such as example resumes and interview responses, as well as activities to strengthen confidence and understand of the content.
Key objectives of Stepping Stones to Work:
Designed by a Rehabilitation Counsellor to assist people who are not working due to injury.
To develop confidence with interviews and discussing their injury.
To provide clients with strategies to help sustain employment.
