Moore Rehab Outcomes is a private rehabilitation provider, with our core business being CTP, icare and medicolegal assessments for motor accident and catastrophic injuries in NSW / ACT. Our mission statement is to ‘empower others to make a difference’ and we specialise in community based assessments and programs to maximise independence and adjustment post accident.
Opportunity 1: Occupational Therapists, Illawarra and Sydney Regions
Work tasks include Discharge Planning, ADL and FIM Assessments, Equipment and Minor Home Modifications, Care Needs Reviews and Case Management. We will assist you to become an icare Approved Case Manager and provide mentoring and support, including templates, procedures, resources and iinsight case management programs.
Opportunity 2: Medicolegal Assessors (NSW)
We are looking for experienced clinicians to join our medicolegal team, to provide one off domestic needs assessments in personal injury claims plus NDIA Tribunal assessments for SDA or elegibility for NDIS. Strong assessment skills, clinical reasoning, report writing and knowledge of evidence-based practice required. Thorough peer review and medicolegal training program available. Experience with psychological diagnoses and mental health desirable.
Minimum of 5 years clinical experience; icare approved case manager and previous contracting experience preferred
Work from home with flexible hours as a contractor – reduced COVID-19 risk in a nonclinical setting
Main caseload is icare case management (spinal / brain injury / severely injured participants), CTP case management and OT services
Opportunities to use your clinical skills (with equipment prescription, care needs assessments, ADL retraining, cognitive rehabilitation)
Clients are seen in their homes or workplaces and great telehealth programs available
Supervision, support and be part of a network of highly experienced Occupational Therapists / case managers (over 25 state wide)

Must have own car, phone and computer
Efficient in MS Office would be desirable
