For five years Rebecca worked in acute neurology, inpatient neurology rehabilitation, and home-based neurology rehabilitation in Victoria. Her passion is for community, cognitive and neurological rehabilitation and she has a strong commitment to maximising community participation through client centred practice and goal attainment.

Whilst working with the NHS in London, she had a pivotal role in the planning and implementation of an innovative stroke early discharge and home rehabilitation service. The success of this project was recognised by a care integration award. Rebecca was also the inaugural stroke navigator in Camden where her skills with complex discharge planning, adjustment to disability, assessment of need and care coordination enabled her to maximise community participation and self-management for her clients.

This successful implementation of an innovative assessment service was acknowledged by publication in the Clinical Medicine Journal.
With this experience Rebecca brings strong assessment, clinical reasoning, discharge planning, case management and care coordination skills to any intervention as well as established skills in collaborative partnerships across agencies.

Rebecca has recently been appointed as the Moore Rehab Outcomes Team Leader for CTP. In her new role Rebecca will be utilising her skills in leadership and quality improvement to enhance MRO’s CTP Portfolio, while maintaining her clinical caseload.

Rebecca is based in Inner Sydney and is able to provide ADL assessments and retraining, case management, minor home modifications, equipment prescription and manual handling risk assessments.
