All our clinicians have more than 10 years’ experience, with no new graduates on the team, giving you confidence about our recommendations.

We specialize in complex catastrophic injuries (such as Traumatic Brain Injury, Spinal Cord Injury, Amputees, Multi-trauma) and are also experienced in managing complex psychological and social cases (including fatality claims).

Many of our team are approved FIM assessors, icare case managers and panel care needs assessors. This means we can help identify CTP or Workcover clients who may be eligible for icare participation, assisting with a smooth transition between schemes for catastrophic clients.

We have experienced medicolegal assessors, who understand CTP and Workers Compensation requirements for treatment, rehab and care, and Reasonable and Necessary Criteria. Our reports are known for having strong clinical reasoning to justify recommendations, which help you best manage a claim.

We cover most of NSW, including Albury, Wagga Wagga, South Coast, Illawarra, Sydney, Newcastle and Northern NSW. We understand issues facing regional areas which can impact rehabilitation programs. Our teams are well connected with supervision provided to all staff and peer review of most reports to ensure we have consistent standards in every service area.

We have developed OT, rehab and vocational programs for on-line delivery, to help reach remote clients (reducing travel costs). This includes ‘MRO Activate’ and ‘Stepping Stones to Work’, which also enable us to provide intervention during COVID 19 lockdown periods.

We have a strong admin team and efficient internal systems and procedures, to ensure your requests are processed quickly and that approvals, reports, invoicing and codes meet your individual requirements.
